Dr. Laura Le

Chiropractor in Plano & Flower Mound, TX

It is my calling to be a chiropractor. I grew up in a chiropractic family and saw the benefits first hand of being adjusted and turning to chiropractic care for health and wellness. As a result I didn’t suffer from childhood illnesses like many children do. Because of this I have an extreme passion to help children especially those with severe health challenges. Being a mother of a child that was born with underlying health issues, I understand firsthand how to address the common health issues of newborns and children as well as the more complicated cases from a holistic approach. Where traditional medicine often leaves parents at a loss for how to help themselves or their child, chiropractic and the wellness approach that we offer can help you fill in those gaps and lead you down a path of healing. I understand that a mother wants nothing more than to have a healthy family. Unfortunately, children today are riddled with health problems such as colic, reflux, allergies, asthma, autoimmune disorders, toxicity and much more that can leave them dependant on medications and as a result their quality of life is compromised. It is my goal and mission to help as many people as possible in my lifetime naturally through chiropractic care especially women and children. I look forward to meeting you and becoming a part of your family’s journey to extraordinary health.

Dr. Steven Le

Chiropractor in Plano & Flower Mound, TX

In my early teenage years I witnessed how my father’s spinal problems affected our entire family as he suffered for several years before finding chiropractic. He had been down the path of medicine, physical therapy, and cortisone shots but none of these worked. He contemplated surgery until a good friend of his referred him to his chiropractor and that saved his life and our family’s life too. I didn’t realize at that time how much an illness, whether it’s a disease or just pain, can affect all of those close to the ailing person and I didn’t want this to happen to other families. It is because of this that I am passionate about chiropractic and what it can do to help the body heal better and faster. God created our bodies to have this great healing potential so that we can be the best that we can living for His purpose.

Chiropractic allows us to reach our highest potential in health because it works from the inside out. Where medicine and surgery can many times lead to serious side affects and complications chiropractic naturally decreases pain, improves function, increases mobility, quickens healing time, and maximizes your overall health.

I love what I do! What drives me to be the best doctor that I can for my patient and my community is to see our patient families thrive in their health. It is amazing every time to see a young child overcomes his ear infections without having to use drugs or that a mother who has been suffering with migraines for over a decade is now able to play with her kids without any worries of a migraine ever stopping short of their family fun like it used to.

I live for life and so I am an adventurist by heart. Besides mountain biking, running, weight lifting I love fast cars and sports. My other passion is spending quality time with my beautiful wife, our two children, and our 3 dogs, Ollie, Cookie, and Coco. They are the force that allows me to do all that I do.

My desire is to lead every one to better choices in life and that those choices lead down a path of healing. I want them to appreciate their God given healing potential and to live their best life. When you can live your best life you can do amazing things.

Dr. Lisa Hernandez, DC

Associate Chiropractor in Flower Mound

Dr. Lisa Hernandez is an associate chiropractor at Best Life Chiropractic & Wellness Center and a PX Doc through The Pediatric Experience, with advanced training in neurologically focused pediatric and family care. She is passionate about caring for families and supporting them on their journey to better health. She loves building genuine connections with patients and feels honored to walk alongside them through every stage of their wellness journey, celebrating progress, growth, and healing along the way.

Dr. Lisa’s calling to chiropractic care began with a powerful personal experience. Her inspiration came from her Uncle Mike, a chiropractor and man of strong faith, who continued to serve others even while undergoing chemotherapy. When Dr. Lisa suffered a serious injury and was told she would need surgery, her uncle created a chiropractic care plan for her. After just four visits, she was able to walk upright and without assistance. That experience forever changed her understanding of the body’s ability to heal and confirmed her desire to become a chiropractor.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and brings both compassion and intention into every patient interaction. Dr. Lisa finds deep fulfillment in connecting with families, supporting their health goals, and being part of their healing stories, big and small.

Outside the office, Dr. Lisa enjoys playing the lyre harp, baking challah, and making tortillas with her daughter. Her favorite verse, Proverbs 3:5–6, reflects her faith-centered approach to life and her belief in trusting the journey.

Dr. Jadyn Champagne

Associate Chiropractor in Flower Mound

Dr. Jadyn Champagne is an Associate Chiropractor at Best Life Chiropractic with an Associate of Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University. She has completed Pediatric Experience, INSiGHT training, and is skilled in Active Release Technique. Dr. Jadyn loves celebrating the wins in her patients’ lives, whether health-related or personal, and feels honored to play even a small role in their growth and progress.

Her approach to care begins with meeting patients exactly where they are in their health journey. She values being a listening ear, a trusted sounding board, and an advocate to help individuals and families make the best decisions for themselves. Dr. Jadyn believes chiropractic care is about far more than what you see on social media; it’s about helping you move better, feel better, and ultimately live better through intentional, nervous system-focused care.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog, dancing, and reading. For those who have questions or hesitations, Dr. Jadyn believes that knowledge is power.  She is committed to providing education, reassurance, and steady guidance so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Ashley Hall

Office Manager in Flower Mound

I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Best Life team for 13 years, and one of the things I love most is getting to see the lives that are changed through the care we provide. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know so many of our patients and families, hear their stories, and watch them make progress toward feeling better and reaching their health goals.

As Operations Manager, much of my role happens behind the scenes. I help support our doctors and team, train and equip our staff, and make sure the day-to-day details come together so we can provide an exceptional experience for our patients. Whether I’m working with our team or connecting directly with a patient, I want people to feel welcomed, cared for, and confident that they are in a place where people truly want to help them.

One of my favorite things is seeing the changes that can happen in someone’s health and confidence over time. After 13 years, it’s especially meaningful to have watched so many patients and families grow with us and to know that I’ve had the opportunity to be a small part of their journey.

My faith is a very important part of my life. Outside of Best Life, I love reading, spending time with my husband and family, and traveling whenever I get the chance!

Stephanie Carroll

Chiropractic Assistant in Flower Mound

I love the positive energy of the Best Life team and the opportunity each new day brings to make a difference for someone. Serving our patients and families brings me so much joy, whether it’s making someone’s day a little easier, offering a welcoming smile, or simply helping things run smoothly. And I have to admit, one of my favorite perks is getting to see all the babies! I absolutely adore watching them grow.

I like to think of myself as the “bookends” of a patient’s experience at Best Life. I may be one of the first faces you see when you arrive and one of the last before you leave. My goal is to make every interaction warm and easy while helping you get checked in, scheduled, and on your way, or answering whatever questions may come up.

I also hope our office can be a place where you can slow down for a moment. Life is busy, and sometimes your visit is a rare opportunity to take a deep breath, focus on yourself, and make your health and well-being a priority. Having a front-row seat to our patients’ progress, milestones, and continued wellness is a beautiful thing to witness, and I feel grateful to be a small part of it.

Outside of Best Life, my family and I love mountain biking and traveling around the country in search of great trails. I’m also an animal lover and have a dog named Ruby. If I’m not on a bike or spending time with my family, there’s a good chance I have a book in my hand. I’m always happy to get a great book recommendation!

Chiropractic Assistant in Flower Mound

I love being part of Best Life because this is a team that genuinely cares about people. To me, it’s more than just coming to work every day—it’s getting to be part of something that helps people feel better, live healthier, and ultimately live their best life.

One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to know our patients and their families and being part of their journey. Everyone who walks through our doors has a different story, and I want each person to feel welcomed, safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. From the first interaction to the moment they leave, I want our patients to know they’re more than just an appointment on the schedule—they truly matter to us.

I especially love seeing the changes that happen over time. Watching someone who may have first come to us struggling begin to feel better, gain confidence, and experience a better quality of life is incredibly rewarding. Getting to celebrate those little victories along the way and knowing I played even a small part in their journey is really special to me.

Outside of Best Life, I love spending time with my family and challenging myself in the gym. My faith is also a huge part of my life, and I love serving at church and pouring into others. Caring for and encouraging people is simply part of who I am, both inside and outside the office.

Kaira Izquierdo-Rodriguez

Chiropractic Intern | Parker University

I was drawn to chiropractic because I loved the idea of helping people feel and function their best through a natural, hands-on approach. As I’ve gone through school and started caring for patients, though, it has become so much more than that. I’ve really fallen in love with getting to know my patients, celebrating their progress with them, and helping them feel more confident and involved in their own health.

One of the things I love about Best Life is that we get to care for people through so many different stages of life. I have an especially big heart for women during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as babies and children. There’s something really special about getting to know an entire family and becoming someone they know, trust, and feel comfortable coming to throughout the years.

I would describe my approach to patient care as caring, educational, and very patient-centered. I’m naturally a people person, so I want my patients to feel like they can talk to me, ask questions, laugh, and genuinely feel comfortable during their visits. I also love explaining the “why” behind what we’re doing. I want you to understand your care and feel like you’re an active part of the process.

I have a special interest in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and family care and have pursued additional training in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). I’m also bilingual and love being able to connect with and care for patients in both English and Spanish.

If you’re feeling a little nervous about getting started, that’s completely okay. I never want anyone to feel pressured or rushed in my care. Ask all the questions, even the ones you think might be silly! I want you to understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and feel comfortable every step of the way. I believe your care should be a partnership where you feel heard, supported, and confident in taking an active role in your health.

I’m originally from Puerto Rico, and Spanish is my first language. I love traveling, exploring new places, and finding great restaurants along the way. When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me spending time with my boyfriend and friends, planning my next adventure, or finding an excuse to get everyone together and have a good time!

Doctor of Chiropractic Intern | Parker University

I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, but that passion became personal when my brother was diagnosed with leukemia when I was younger. Watching him and my family walk through that experience showed me how important it is for children and families to feel supported and truly cared for. It also helped me recognize a special passion for serving kids. I believe God has called me to care for families, and that calling continues to shape the kind of chiropractor I hope to become.

At Best Life, I especially love working with babies, children, and expecting and postpartum moms. I’m passionate about family-centered care and helping support healthy movement, posture, nervous system function, and lifelong wellness habits from an early age.

My approach to patient care is specific, intentional, compassionate, and evidence-informed. I believe every person deserves care that is tailored to their individual needs. I want patients and parents to feel heard, understand the care they are receiving, and know that we will meet them where they are.

I am certified in Torque Release Technique and hold a Pediatric Experience (PX) Certification. I also lead the Pediatric Experience Student Club in Dallas and am working toward a Master of Science in Pediatric Musculoskeletal Health and Performance, furthering my education in areas such as youth movement and injury prevention.

If you’re considering chiropractic care but feel nervous or unsure, I would encourage you to simply start with a conversation. Building trust is an important part of care, and you should feel comfortable asking questions and understanding what to expect. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

Outside of the office, I love going on runs with my golden retriever, Honey, and I’m a big reader. I also serve with both high school students and preschoolers at my church, Watermark Community Church. Spending time with kids is something I genuinely love, both personally and professionally.
